Rich Theilen is an ordained Evangelical Covenant Church Pastor who has served churches in both the United States and Canada and teaches systematic theology at Solid Rock School of Discipleship in Minnesota.  Prior to becoming a pastor, Rich worked for more than ten years in the oil and chemical packaging industry.  He is a graduate of St. Olaf College (BA Economics), Bethel Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity) and Sioux Falls Seminary (Doctor of Ministry).  He has also served in a variety of church, denominational, and community leadership roles.
